Our outcome measures and objective data critically monitor wellbeing and performance so you can be confident of your own progression.

Stuart is a Chartered Physiotherapist focused on musculoskeletal medicine. He was England Athletics Medical lead for the past two commonwealth games and has helped Olympians across multiple disciplines. His main interests are running, sprint biomechanics and sports injuries due to his background in strength and conditioning. He uses optimal loading to enhance performance.

Stuart enjoys using ultrasound imaging to optimise diagnosis and rehabilitation planning has been awarded the postgraduate certificate in musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging. You can read more on the use of ultrasound imaging here

He is passionate about empowering patients health and wellbeing and keen to keep people fit and active. He believes in educating and empowering patients to achieved their goals, from those keen to walk the Surrey Hills to Olympic athletes.

Glen Lewis

Glen is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal conditions.
After a BSc in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, he achieved his MSc in Physiotherapy from St George's University Hospital London.
Glen has personal elite military experience where peak performance, communication and work ethic were pivotal to success, which has helped shape his practice today.
His experience includes working with international and national level adolescent and senior athletes across a variety of sports such as; track and field, distance running, tennis, rugby, cricket, netball, football and swimming.
Glen strives for individualised treatment to help people reach their goals and maximise their potential. Glen believes that shared decision making and two way communication leads to more favourable injury and performance outcomes. Glen is also a fully certified APPI Pilates instructor.
Away from work, Glen will likely be found running, cycling or walking his spaniel in the Surrey Hills.

Steven Connor is an accomplished advanced podiatrist specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders of the foot, ankle and lower limb. He has been practicing since 2013 after qualifying from Southampton University with experience in the NHS and private sectors. He has a background of running and sports related injuries and uses Podoactiva orthotics which are used by podiatrists who supply orthotics to La Liga and the Spanish Olympic team. This enables Steven to use world class technology for elite level orthotic design.
He has experience working with Team GB athletes and international athletes over a variety of disciplines and sports. He started specialising in sports after becoming one of the first in the country to gain his PGCert (postgraduate certificate) in Podiatric Sports Medicine in 2017 from Queen Mary University in East London which he is now a guest lecturer on their Sports Medicine Masters course. More recently Steven became a CASE accredited MSK foot and ankle sonographer after completing his PGCert in diagnostic ultrasound at Brunel University.
He has represented the Royal College of Podiatry as part of the medical team at multiple sports events including the Ultra-Challenge running series events and numerous athletics competitions.
His own running background has helped to enable him to transfer his own sporting experiences to patients for them to receive the best possible care combined with an evidenced based approach.
Steven is a member of the Royal College of Podiatry and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He is registered under the HCPC (CH 33142).

Jenna Hill

SENIOR SPORTS MASSAGE & REHABILITATION THERAPIST
Jenna completed her BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation at St Mary’s University, and has continued to develop her professional skills with post-graduate courses, gaining a distinction in her ITEC Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy.
Jenna has over 10 years’ experience working in her areas of interest which include Manual Therapy, Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement. She has worked in professional sport, treating World and Olympic Champions and being a member of the medical team for Team England at the Commonwealth Games holding camp. She was a competitive athlete herself, competing at International level. She enjoys travelling, particularly when combining it with a major sports event at the same time.
Jenna enjoys working with a wide variety of clientele and her work includes postural correction, general wellbeing, fitness, and high performance.

She is currently enrolled on a Level 2 Pilates APPI teaching training course and hopes to complete her matwork pilates teacher qualification.

Finding us:
You will find us nestled in Chilworth, a village in the Surrey Hills, only 10 minutes drive south of Guildford centre, or 20min bike/50min walk if you are up for a challenge.

If you are approaching from/via Guildford, your Sat Nav might take you via Blacksmiths lane which is very narrow and winding. You may wish to re-route and come via the village of Shalford or Albury instead.
